PULL PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains the information that Pull Technologies (“we,” or “us”) collects from you when you use the Pull App (“Pull”), how we use that information, and with whom we share it. By using Pull, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the date of last revision at the top of this page. If we make any material changes to our privacy policy, we will notify you via Pull

1. Information We Collect About You

Information you choose to provide. When you sign-into Pull, you will be asked to connect Pull with your social-media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. When you link Pull with your social media accounts, you are authorizing us to access certain information from those accounts. This information may include your name, your gender, ethnicity, email address, location, photos, education information, interests and other biographical information. You will be given the opportunity to update or enhance your information. If you chat with other Pull users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.

Information we collect automatically. We use various technologies to collect information from your device and about your activities on Pull. This information includes:

Mobile Device IDs. We use your mobile device IDs or Advertising IDs to store your preferences and track your use of our app. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted, but Advertising IDs can be reset in “Settings” on your iPhone.

We use the information we collect from and about you and your use of Pull to:

Use of Your Geo-location Information: While the Pull application is in use, we collect your device’s geographic location so that we can connect you to other Pull users based on your particular geographic location.

In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf who will be obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us.

Information Shared with Other Users. When you use Pull, your Pull profile will be viewable by the Pull users you are matched with. If you send a message to another user, they will of course see the contents of that message.

We take measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure.

We do not allow anyone under age 18 to register for Pull, and we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 18.

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. We do not recognize or respond to any DNT signals, as the Internet industry is still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT.

8. Information from users outside the United States

If you’re outside the United States, your information will be sent to and stored in the United States, where our servers are located. By using Pull, you agree to the information collection, use, and sharing practices described in this Privacy Policy, which comply with United States law, but may not be as robust as the laws in your country.
